Prior - Registration Procedures
Before proceeding with online registration, the registration fees must be paid through bank transfer using the NEFT facility. Money can be transferred to A/C No. 73750200003632 in the name of "ORGANIZING SECRETARY AMSTCON- 2024", maintained with the Bank of Baroda, Ganganagar Branch, (IFSC Code: BARB0VJGANG). Applicants may collect the UTR number of NEFT (Transaction ID or reference number) from the bank and specify this while registering online to complete the registration process. A short name of the applicant should also appear in the bank transaction list so as to reconcile the registration.
A valid email ID of the registrant is essential for approving the registration. A digital copy of the recent stamp-sized photograph of the participant with file size not exceeding 175 kb may also be uploaded during online registration.
Registered delegates can submit a maximum of three paper as first author. The last date for the registration and submission of extended abstract(s) is 20th October, 2024. An individual can also register online without an abstract on paying the prescribed fee.
Online Registration and Abstract Submission
The online mode of registration and extended abstract submission alone will be entertained for the International Conference on "AUGMENTING SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION PROCESSING AND SAFETY OF ANIMAL ORIGIN FOODS: CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES". Applicants are requested to register by logging on to the online platform through AMST official website www.amst.in following the given instructions.
Postgraduate student delegates who intend to participate with or without paper are bound to produce a bonafide student certificate from the Head of the Department or Major Advisor in the prescribed format at the venue to avail the discounted registration fees. Participants are requested to visit www.amst.in for downloading the formats of these certificates. Delegates' photo in digital format, extended abstract (s) and details on bank payment of registration fees should be kept ready before proceeding with the online registration
On successful completion of registration, a registration number will be allotted to the registrant. After registration, registrants are advised to take a print-out of the registration slip filed for further use. They may also send the registration number allotted, name of the delegate, category, amount remitted, Bank transaction number and date and the registration number allotted on completion of online registration, along with a scanned copy of the certificates concerned to amstcon2024@gmail.com
