The city lies on the Secunderabad-Manmad section of the South Central Railway, providing convenient rail connectivity to major cities including Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Chennai, and Visakhapatnam. By road, Parbhani is linked through national highways connecting Maharashtra with Telangana and other neighboring states, with regular MSRTC bus services available to major metropolitan cities. The nearest airports are located at Nanded (70 km) and Chatrpati Sambhaji Nagar (200 km).
